The camp is designed for participants aged between 18 and 35 years old, providing experiences and activities tailored to this demographic. However, older participants are welcome to join if they believe they would benefit from the camp's offerings.   

The group size for the Study & Travel Camp is kept small to ensure a personalized and engaging experience for all participants. The camp will accommodate a maximum of 10 participants, fostering close interaction, meaningful connections, and focused attention from the fully qualified staff throughout the program. This intimate setting allows each participant to fully immerse themselves in the activities and make the most of their camp experience.  

The Study & Travel Camp prioritizes the health, safety, and well-being of all participants. Here are the key protocols and arrangements: 

Supervision: Participants will be accompanied by experienced and trained staff throughout all activities. Group leaders will ensure proper oversight during excursions, educational sessions, and accommodations. 

Emergency Contacts: A dedicated emergency contact list will be provided to participants and their families. This includes 24/7 access to camp staff for any urgent situations or inquiries. 

Health & Medical Support: First-aid kits will be readily available. In case of medical emergencies, participants will be taken to the nearest medical facility promptly. 

Safety Policies: All activities are carefully vetted to minimize risks, and participants are briefed about safety guidelines at the start of any activity by the fully qualified and trained staff. 

Accommodation Standards: All accommodations are secure, well-maintained, and in close proximity to camp venues. 

Travel Precautions: Group transportation is arranged with trusted providers, and safety measures are adhered to during all journeys. 

Yes, travel insurance is required for participants. However, it is not included in the program fee, so participants will need to arrange their own insurance coverage. The policy should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost belongings, and any other unforeseen circumstances during the camp. We recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance well in advance and ensuring it is valid for the entire duration of the program.  

Yes, dietary preferences and restrictions can typically be accommodated during the Study & Travel Camp. Participants are encouraged to inform the organizers about their specific dietary needs, such as allergies, intolerances, or preferences (e.g., vegetarian, vegan), at the time of registration. The camp's catering team will make every effort to provide suitable meals in alignment with the provided information. However, participants with highly specialized dietary needs may need to bring supplemental food items to ensure their requirements are fully met.   

 International participants may be required to obtain a visa or additional travel documents depending on the destination country's regulations. It is the responsibility of each participant to check the visa requirements for their nationality and ensure they have all necessary documentation prior to the start of the camp.  We recommend confirming these details with the relevant embassy or consulate well in advance to allow sufficient time for processing.   

Clothing:  

• Comfortable, casual clothing suitable for educational sessions and travel activities. 
• Layers to adapt to varying weather conditions (e.g., jackets, sweaters). 
• Swimwear, for water-based activities.
• Semi-formal attire is suggested for graduation. 

Footwear: 

• Sturdy walking shoes for excursions. 
• Casual shoes for daily wear. 
• Sandals or flip-flops for relaxation or water-based activities. 

Personal Items: 

• Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.). 
• Sunscreen and insect repellent. 
• A reusable water bottle for hydration. 

Equipment: 

• A backpack or daypack for carrying essentials during outings. 
• Study materials will be provided as part of the program. However, participants are welcome to bring any additional materials they feel may enhance their learning experience.
• Travel adapters for electronics, if needed. (Laptop, tablet, cell phone). 

Additional Items: 

• A lightweight umbrella or raincoat. 
• Medication or prescriptions, if applicable. 
• Snacks for personal preferences during travel. 
• Identification documents (passport, ID card, etc.). 

Daily transport is seamlessly arranged through a trusted transport company, ensuring safe and reliable travel for all participants throughout the camp. Students will always travel together in a group format, fostering camaraderie and a sense of community. Whether heading to lessons, activities, or excursions, transportation is designed to keep everyone comfortable and organized, making each journey as enjoyable as the destination.  

Not included in the program are flights, personal travel insurance, meals outside of the provided schedule, optional activities beyond those outlined in the itinerary, and transportation for personal outings outside of the group arrangements. Participants should also plan for meals not included in itinerary, incidental expenses such as souvenirs, personal items, or any discretionary spending during the camp. Being prepared for these additional costs will ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.  

Cancellation by the Participant: 

• If a participant cancels more than 7 days before the program start date, a full refund will be provided, excluding the non-refundable deposit of $500. 
• Cancellations made within 6 days of the start date will not be eligible for a refund, as arrangements for the camp would already have been finalized. 

Cancellation by the Organizer: 

• In the unlikely event that the camp is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. 
• The organizer reserves the right to cancel the camp due to unforeseen circumstances, such as low enrolment, safety concerns, or other factors beyond control. 

Force Majeure: 

• No refunds will be provided in the event of cancellations caused by extraordinary circumstances, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
